Most of the mortgage contracts in recent years have some violation of either one or both of these Federal laws. Unlike competing service providers who claim to rely on a “network of legal professionals” who are ultimately paid a modest retainer to provide a cursory review of your file to identify common “boilerplate” deficiencies which they hope will result in a modification, our expert attorney will examine each contract and use any such violation as a leveraged incentive to compel the lender to restructure the loan so that it is more fair and reasonable.
